Working in studios located in Philadelphia and Woodville, Virginia. I use a diverse range of mediums.  Among these are oil on linen, distemper on linen, high-fire and low-fire ceramics, and plaster models and molds. Only after thorough, perhaps plodding, inquiry can our ground truths suddenly be reformulated in a fully poetic and intuitive immediate response: the sky glimpsed through the ceiling, the swirling conflagration that brings us back to the non-distinctness in which we originate.
